Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns on full priced items that are in their original packaging with all original tags attached. All Western Man Products returns require a return authorization number (RA#) to help facilitate the return process. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 


Requests to return merchandise must be received within 30 days of receipt of order.


Please note certain items may not be returnable including gift cards. Refer to the specific product page for more details.


Items sold as part of a Kit or in the Going, Going, Gone selection are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Be sure to include a copy of your return authorization. We are unable to process a return/refund without this information.
Please consider using a shipping service that offers package tracking when shipping your return. For returns valued over $100, shipping insurance is also recommended.

Refund Process
Once received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days. Your original form of payment will be credited for the original purchase amount, less shipping costs.  You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed. The credit should show up on your next credit card statement. If you are simply exchanging your order for another size or style, you will NOT be charged the return shipping fee. Your replacement item will ship out within 5-7 days of receipt and processing. 


Please note, all refunds are for product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refund Status
Your will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please allow 10-14 business days for your credit to process & appear on your credit card account. If you have a question, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly.


Exchange Process
If you need to exchange an item due to fit issue, please complete a return authorization request HERE.


To begin the return process, please enter the email address used to place the order. You will receive an email with a link to begin the return process. 

  • Click the link in the email to begin the return process. 

  • Once the page opens, select the items you need to return & select 'item not as expected' as the return reason. Click NEXT.

  • On the next page, check the box labeled 'Is this an exchange?'. 

  • In the comments section, please list the item you would like in exchange for the returned item.

  • Click Confirm Return & Refund button to finish your return.

  • You will receive an email to confirm your return within 24 hours.

 

Upon receipt & processing of your return, we will ship your preferred replacement item. You will receive an email with tracking information for your replacement.
